BBQ Time food truck expands to brick and mortar restaurant in Brandon.

Randy Scott, Jr. owns the BBQ Time food truck and restaurant. BBQ paired with southern sides is Scott's specialty. Randy Scott, Jr. owns BBQ Time, a Brandon BBQ Food Truck. He got into the food truck business because he wanted to open a restaurant. Due to the high start-up costs, he started the food truck first in 2018. Since the age of 15 Randy has been cooking and honing his barbeque craft, and working in the barbeque industry.

Today you’ll also find Randy in his brick and mortar restaurant as well as on his Brandon BBQ food truck. His journey has even brought him back to the very spot where it all began in the former First Choice BBQ location on Adamo Dr. in Brandon where he got his start.
