Feeding Crews In Florida Is What We Do!
They say you can be two of three, good, fast or cheap. We're good and fast and deliver when it matters most. With lives on the line, nutrition is a battle that must be fought and we're here to help you fight it. We've deployed crews out for 5-14 day deployments. We usually try and cycle out vendors to ensure menu fatigue doesn't occur. We mix things up and do different meals every day but, having the same chef for too many meals can catch up to you and a change is nice.

Tampa Bay Food Trucks was our first and is still our primary booking agency since we started our business, in 2022. Mike, Kim, Ben , and Tish , have all been our mentors, plus the other food truckers affiliated, have become our food truck family. It’s an incredibly close-knit network of people who can count on each other, in all circumstances. We have established a good reputation and means of income, because of Tampa Bay Food Trucks! I hired Tampa Bay Food Truck to cater my neighborhood Halloween Party. This was my first time using a Food truck for a party I was hosting. Tisha Penzato the Sales and Account Manager set me all up through phone calls, emails and texts. She made it so easy to book the event and she was very thorough throughout the process. The guys in the Food truck showed up on time and served my halloween party with no issues. I picked mexican themed food and it was a hit at the party! The food was delicious, hot, and served quickly! I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a food truck company to cater an event you’re hosting. I know I will definitely hire them again for upcoming events!
Need Coffee!
We get the importance of hot coffee being ready at 6 AM or whatever time your team needs to start. The entire day hinges on that breakfast experience. Often we'll do boxed lunches for crews and they'll take them with them at breakfast. This allows teams to stay out and get more work done. We'll be waiting for them to return in the evening for a hot dinner with dessert.
Accomodations
After a disaster strikes, hotels are often without power and without the ability to house guests. We've been offered hotel rooms 2 hours away from a work site and we couldn't make it work. This is when we realized the importance of being able to deploy our own living quarters for our feeding teams. Disaster Catering in Florida comes with the heat usually, so having a cool place to sleep is a must. We deploy teams with a camper or RV and they have what they need to live right beside their mobile kitchen.
