Disaster Catering Florida

Feeding Crews In Florida Is What We Do!
They say you can be two of three, good, fast or cheap. We're good and fast and deliver when it matters most. With lives on the line, nutrition is a battle that must be fought and we're here to help you fight it. We've deployed crews out for 5-14 day deployments. We usually try and cycle out vendors to ensure menu fatigue doesn't occur. We mix things up and do different meals every day but, having the same chef for too many meals can catch up to you and a change is nice.

The past few months Ive been up and down going to court fighting ONE FAT FROG over financial disputes, However TAMPA BAY FOOD TRUCK RALLY saved the day. I recently purchased a GREAT food trailer from TAMPA BAY FOOD TRUCK RALLY . The salesman Michael Blasco was very professional. I did a food truck seminar with Michael a few years ago, he was very Knowledgeable of the food truck industry laws, rules and regulations . Im very happy with my purchase, the food trailer looks great runs great. I would definitely recommend TAMPA BAY FOOD TRUCK RALLY to anyone and everyone in the food truck industry.
Need Coffee!
We get the importance of hot coffee being ready at 6 AM or whatever time your team needs to start. The entire day hinges on that breakfast experience. Often we'll do boxed lunches for crews and they'll take them with them at breakfast. This allows teams to stay out and get more work done. We'll be waiting for them to return in the evening for a hot dinner with dessert.
Accomodations
After a disaster strikes, hotels are often without power and without the ability to house guests. We've been offered hotel rooms 2 hours away from a work site and we couldn't make it work. This is when we realized the importance of being able to deploy our own living quarters for our feeding teams. Disaster Catering in Florida comes with the heat usually, so having a cool place to sleep is a must. We deploy teams with a camper or RV and they have what they need to live right beside their mobile kitchen.
