Disaster Catering Florida

Feeding Crews In Florida Is What We Do!
They say you can be two of three, good, fast or cheap. We're good and fast and deliver when it matters most. With lives on the line, nutrition is a battle that must be fought and we're here to help you fight it. We've deployed crews out for 5-14 day deployments. We usually try and cycle out vendors to ensure menu fatigue doesn't occur. We mix things up and do different meals every day but, having the same chef for too many meals can catch up to you and a change is nice.

Can’t say enough great things about Kim and working with her to secure food trucks for my daughter’s wedding! Kim was very helpful in helping us select the amount of trucks we need and kept in contact throughout the whole process! We had a pizza truck and a barbecue truck and both were delicious!!! I highly recommend using Tampa Bay Food Trucks for whatever event you need!

Choosing Tampa Bay Food Trucks was one of the best decisions I made in planning our wedding. Kim was an amazing communicator and made me feel so prepared, even coming out to our venue ahead of time since she had not been there before. We chose three trucks for our guests, which gave us an incredible menu with so many options and something for everyone. Everyone loved the food, and any line that formed simply gave people time to talk and enjoy each other. We had so many happy guests. We chose Dochos Latin Bistro, Breaking Bread BBQ, and Say Cheese, and everything was delicious. My only regret is not going back for seconds. I would recommend them to anyone wanting great food and the calm confidence of knowing their food service will run smoothly and taste amazing.
Need Coffee!
We get the importance of hot coffee being ready at 6 AM or whatever time your team needs to start. The entire day hinges on that breakfast experience. Often we'll do boxed lunches for crews and they'll take them with them at breakfast. This allows teams to stay out and get more work done. We'll be waiting for them to return in the evening for a hot dinner with dessert.
Accomodations
After a disaster strikes, hotels are often without power and without the ability to house guests. We've been offered hotel rooms 2 hours away from a work site and we couldn't make it work. This is when we realized the importance of being able to deploy our own living quarters for our feeding teams. Disaster Catering in Florida comes with the heat usually, so having a cool place to sleep is a must. We deploy teams with a camper or RV and they have what they need to live right beside their mobile kitchen.
