Dave & Debbie Guy, owner operator couple own 3 different food trucks, all different concepts. The Fishin' Chicken, The Dude and his Food and Dochos Latin Bistro. These two entrepreneurs started with Dochos,a cuban food truck, and grew from there.  They specialize in large events and caterings.

Dochos does have a specialized menu with Cuban & Latin offereings like their award winning cuban sandwich and traditional mofongo, but the perk of being a small business is throwing the menu out the window and enjoying the creative process of coming up with fun, delicious options for their clients. These two really pull it all together for a fantastic food experience.
