They were at the very first food truck rally in 2009 before Tampa Bay Food Trucks even formally existed. They were serving from their first and still thriving Cuban food truck concept, Dochos Latin Bistro. Dave & Debbie love creating food. Debbie's mother retired to raise their youngest son and her oldest played football and didn't have time for a corporate job, so we created a job for them.

Dave and Debbie have multiple food truck concepts, when asked why this one, the answer is versatility. The Fishin Chicken allows them to cater to all ages serving chicken tenders to ahi tuna.
