Jacksonville Disaster Catering

While hurricanes and other natural disasters in our beautiful state are devastating at times, we love living here and we've been through the good the bad and ugly of disaster response. We move quickly, we know how to operate without ready access to power, water and fuel. For Jacksonville disaster catering we have dozens of local food trucks prepared, staffed and well stocked to serve your crews. We also understand the limitations of lodging. That's why we send out living quarters with each team we send as part of our package. The best way to ensure we can serve you quickly and well is to be there with our kitchen.

A large part of our responsibility is providing the piece of mind we're there. Letting a team get a good nights sleep and at 6 AM, the coffee station already steaming with hot coffee.

Usually we deploy for 5 to 10 days with a team then rotate another team into that lcoation. This has two benefits, the menu changes daily but, the style of cooking will change and and we get a fresh team that's ready to tackle the long days.

240 meal minimum per day. That can be broken into 2 or 3 meals.
