Lithia's FishHawk Ranch, a master-planned community, is a food desert, and food trucks just made sense. We were thrilled to bring food trucks and see the residents devour copious amounts of food truck fare. Because our first Fishhawk Food Truck Rally was such a hit, we had to do it again! We offer the Fishhawk Food Truck Rally every business quarter. The food truck rallies at this location have been an all-around success! Looking to eat from food trucks more then once a quarter? We have a handful of trucks in the Lithia area (Dover, Valrico, Riverview, and more) that can help your event become one to rememeber. We place food trucks at parties, businesses, colleges, public functions and more.
