North Florida Disaster Catering

Disaster Catering

We Respond 24/7 When It Matters Most

Self sufficient catering where no utilities are available is something we specialize in. It's an odd thing to be passionate about, but, we need to feed those who are helping put our communities back together after a storm. We understand the limited of accommodations, that's why you'll see our teams coming in with campers in addition to self sufficient food trucks to ensure we can serve effectively onsite for the earliest and latest of hours.

Why Choose Food Trucks For North Florida Disaster Catering?

We have a solid track record of providing service in multiple locations. We can also ramp up volume as needed if more crews arrive on scene to help. We can deploy additional trucks as needed to feed additional meals and still at a speed that makes sense to keep the workers focused on getting services back up and running. We have helped large and small utilities, cell phone companies, cable companies and disaster response companies doing cleanup and construction.

Variety Of Food Is Where We Shine

We normally deploy a team out for 5-7 days then swap out trucks to ensure we're providing a variety of meals and styles of cooking. We want to ensure crews continue to ask to transfer to our camps because the food is that good. Knowing we're fueling the recovery effort with delicious meals makes us happy and motivated to make sure team members are getting balanced food that's both tasty and the nutrition they need.
