CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

By selecting credit card as the method of payment for your payment, you acknowledge and represent that you are authorized to use the credit card presented as the method of payment. Prior to the purchase of any services, you must provide a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the credit card; (ii) your credit card number; (iii) billing address; (iv) the expiration date of the credit card; and (v) any activation numbers or codes necessary to charge the total to your credit card. The following credit cards are the only credit cards accepted as payment for your catering order: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Payments made using credit cards are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card. Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally Inc. shall not be liable in any way if any financial institution refuses to accept or honor your credit card for any reason. In the event that your payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay to Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally Inc. any and all amounts due upon demand. Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally Inc. may take commercially reasonable actions to verify your credit card. You agree to pay all reasonable attorneys’ and collection fees arising from Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally Inc. efforts to collect any past due amounts from you to the extent allowed by law.

Refunds: All payments are final, refunds will be issued for typographical errors and payments made in excess of amounts due and place any refunds due to error back on the original credit card used. Please refer to your Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally Inc. contract for event cancellation policies.
