About the Food Truck Program at Raytheon
Tampa Bay Food Trucks has scheduled the biweekly Wednesday lunch rotation at Raytheon's Largo campus since 2021. The program was set up at the request of the campus facilities team to give engineering employees on-site lunch variety without leaving the property during the workday. six plus food trucks rotate through this location across a quarter, with one truck on-site each Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Cuisines are balanced across American comfort, BBQ, Latin, Asian, vegan, and dessert so that the rotation feels fresh week-over-week. Every truck on the schedule is vetted by TBFT for insurance, permitting, food safety, and operational reliability — the facilities team has a single point of contact for any change. Trucks set up in the south-side employee lot and accept card, Apple Pay, and cash; employees can pre-order through Street Food Finder up to 24 hours ahead.
About the Bryan Dairy / Pinellas Park Corridor
The Bryan Dairy / Pinellas Park corridor is home to a dense cluster of aerospace, tech, and light-industrial employers. Within a 2-mile radius you'll find Pods, Jabil, and the Pinellas Park business district, along with the Bardmoor neighborhood to the west. The campus sits a short drive from both the Gandy Bridge corridor into Tampa and the beaches of Seminole and Indian Rocks. Pinellas County's tech and manufacturing footprint along this corridor is part of why we've built a recurring rotation here — the employee base is large enough to support a biweekly truck and consistent enough that the same operators can plan months in advance.
Raytheon sits in the Bryan Dairy / Pinellas Park corridor of Largo, Pinellas County, near Bardmoor, Seminole, and the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center. It's one of several recurring food truck locations Tampa Bay Food Trucks runs across the greater Tampa Bay region — see all current locations.
