We move with urgency when it comes to disaster catering, we have been in the thick of it operating without power, water and fuel. For South Florida disaster catering we have many local food trucks stocked up and ready to feed large teams. We also realize the challenges of having a place for our deployed team to sleep. Because of that, we send out living quarters with teams if lodging is not immediately available, which, it typically is not.

We know the last thing your team wants to worry about is whether the coffee is going to be hot and ready in the morning as the team rises to begin their long day. We know that feeling and we're there to support you, they can rest easy knowing, we'll be ready.

Teams are deployed for 5 to 10 days with a long engagement. Teams then rotate another into service location after a few days off. This has a few positives, the cooking style with a tendency to certain spices and dishes gets changed out so food doesn't get predictable. Having a team that's fresh means your crew is getting the best service we have to offer.

240 meal minimum per day. That can be broken into 2 or 3 meals.
