We move fast, understand the woes of operating without power, water and fuel. For Tallahassee disaster catering we have dozens of local food trucks ready to go to ensure we can feed crews efficiently. Not only that, we know our team needs a place to lay their head. That's why we deploy each team with living quarters to ensure we have beds for the heads we send.

Part of our response is giving your team the confidence to get a good nights sleep and at 6 AM, the coffee station is going to be hot and ready.

Typically we deploy for 5 to 10 days with a truck and then rotate another into service. This has dual benefits, we get to change up the style of cooking for your crew onsite and we get a refreshed well rested team that's ready to go!

240 meal minimum per day. That can be broken into 2 or 3 meals.
