Do you have a variety of Food Trucks?
One of the greatest benefits of our service is that we have over 100 food trucks we book that are rotated each shift. No more of the same thing day after day, although naturally you can request your favorites again and again. We post a weekly schedule on our website with information on your location and where trucks will park so staff and visitors know where they can go to get fed! We also post the locations of scheduled food trucks on our Facebook page.
Order Ahead
Sometimes, going out and waiting in line at a truck doesn't sound fun or isn't possible due to time constraints. Our partners at StreetFoodFinder are fantastic about making sure your team gets fed and that it's easy for them to order, select a pickup time and get back to work!

We used Tampa Bay Food Trucks for our wedding at Uliana Estate in Lakeland, and they were incredible! Kim Sanders helped us throughout the entire process and made everything so easy. She listened to what we wanted and matched us with the perfect trucks. We ended up choosing Chief’s Cantina for street tacos and One Stop Shop for sliders, and both were a huge hit with our guests. Choosing Tampa Bay Food Trucks was one of the best decisions I made in planning our wedding. Kim was an amazing communicator and made me feel so prepared, even coming out to our venue ahead of time since she had not been there before. We chose three trucks for our guests, which gave us an incredible menu with so many options and something for everyone. Everyone loved the food, and any line that formed simply gave people time to talk and enjoy each other. We had so many happy guests. We chose Dochos Latin Bistro, Breaking Bread BBQ, and Say Cheese, and everything was delicious. My only regret is not going back for seconds. I would recommend them to anyone wanting great food and the calm confidence of knowing their food service will run smoothly and taste amazing.
Compliance and Insurance
We cover all the bases of ensuring license, insurance, and scheduling so you can enjoy hassle-free food truck service. Need COI's to be logged and submitted, not a problem. We requires all the trucks we work with are licensed and insured and following state fire regulations. We understand the state requirements, food safety and excellent food.
