I had such a great experience with Tampa Bay Food Trucks! Tish was amazing from start to finish, the team was incredibly organized, responsive, and easy to work with. They brought together an amazing variety of food options, and delivered high-quality, delicious meals that our guests absolutely loved. We used Miso Lucky Food and they were AMAZING!! I loved how seamless everything felt on the day, set up was smooth, service was efficient, and the vendors were friendly and professional. Can’t say enough great things about Kim and working with her to secure food trucks for my daughter’s wedding! Kim was very helpful in helping us select the amount of trucks we need and kept in contact throughout the whole process! We had a pizza truck and a barbecue truck and both were delicious!!! There are a bunch of factors that play into this question. Here are some: Length of service, as in how fast do we need to feed people? What type of food are we serving and what's the menu? How many menu items are being served? Is your function during a main meal time? Are you willing to spend more to get the number of trucks you want?

Typically we deploy trucks for 2-3 hours. We can certainly do longer shifts, but, if there isn't an adequate number of meals to justify the time additional fees will apply.

The short answer is yes, and we're particular about who we book and where. Since we aren't just a booking platform, we know the trucks, where they live, operate and are willing to go. This is massively helpful with knowing which trucks to choose for your location. We always prefer trucks that would be close, but, it's also a factor of cuisine type. If you have a specific request, sometimes, we have to have trucks travel and good news, we know who is willing to take the drives.
