Hillsborough Community College is now allowing us to put food trucks on their Ybor Campus. You can find a truck at the Collaboration Studio, located at 1602 N 15th Street, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the week. Students in the broadcasting department were on the scene this past Thursday to cover Jimmy Meatballs, a food truck based out of St. Petersburg. This truck serves up balls of all kinds. Beef, pork, crab, shrimp, cake, you name it! He can roll it any way you like. The next time you're in Ybor, check our schedule to find which truck is in the area.
